MSW
I am a licensed clinical social worker with an MSW from PennWest University, and use my expertise as a licensed clinical social worker to support individuals facing depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, and the lasting effects of difficult experiences as well as with those who may be struggling with personality disorders. I offer a safe, steady, and nurturing space where you can explore your story, reconnect with yourself, and heal at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is holistic and collaborative, viewing each person within the context of their relationships, environment, and lived experiences.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in seeing the whole of who you are—your relationships, your environment, your values, and the experiences that shaped you. I integrate CBT, DBT, trauma-informed practices, mindfulness, and empowerment-based work. I also bring the perspective and depth of my own lived experience—including addiction recovery and parenting an LGBTQ+ child—which has strengthened my empathy and my understanding of identity, belonging, and personal growth. These experiences help me meet clients with authenticity, respect, and nonjudgmental support.
Above all, I believe in your inherent worth and your capacity to heal. It would be an honor to walk alongside you with warmth, steadiness, and gentle guidance as you move toward a more grounded, connected, and whole life.
