Healing often begins when you finally feel understood—not analyzed or judged,but genuinely seen. My work is grounded in both relationship-based and strength-focused approaches, shaped by my training in Marriage and Family Studies and Social Work, and informed by deep respect for each client’s lived experience.
Therapy with me is collaborative and client-centered. We move at your pace, working together to make sense of patterns that no longer serve you and to build tools that actually fit your life. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and steady—where you can speak openly, explore with curiosity, and begin to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been silenced, overwhelmed, or worn down.
I specialize in working with trauma (PTSD and complex trauma), anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, body image concerns, emotional eating, chronic dieting and bingeing, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, somatic work, and grief-informed care. Together, we focus not just on coping, but on healing at a deeper level—so change feels lasting, not forced.
