We can also accept Clergy pay and OON benefits.

Private Pay Rates

$160 for a one-time, initial intake assessment

$160 per 53-minute session

Copays and deductibles can vary between insurance carriers and plans. We encourage all clients to check with their insurance company for specific plan details.

Kindly Be Advised

  • Claims are submitted for Elane and Jen under a supervisor’s name as a standard practice.

  • You are responsible for confirming your coverage—including deductible status, copay, and mental health benefits—with your insurance provider.

  • If a claim is denied for any reason, you are responsible for the full session cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer your appointment time to another client in need. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, which will be discussed during your initial consultation.  Late cancel/No show Fee is $75.  If you have an emergency please let your therapist know and the late cancel fee can be waived.
